At least 12 killed in California bar shooting

At least 12 people have been killed, including a sheriff  Sargent, at a country music bar in Thousand Oaks, California.



Police reportedly, says the shooting began at 23:20 local time on Wednesday about 40miles (65km) north-west of Los Angeles.

At least 200 people were reportedly inside the Borderline Bar and Grill, which was hosting a university student night, at the time of the attack.

Officials say the gunman, who has not been identified, was found dead inside.

They have not yet confirmed any motive behind the attack.

Brazil: Unknown gunmen killed teenage students.

Police has condemned the incident that took place at a school in south east Brazil, killing at least seven students and one employee,



The reason of the attack is yet to be known as as investigation is still ongoing. However, the two gunmen who started the shooting later killed themselves.

São Paulo state governor João Doria,  expressed dismay after visiting the school, stating ”it is the saddest thing I’ve seen in my entire life. The teenagers who were brutally murdered”.

Kabul explosion have left twenty dead in Afghanistan

Ahead of presidential election coming up in July,  Afghanistan has been hit with multiple explosion that left twenty people died in a political campaign rally.



Afghan presidential pols was rescheduled by independent Election Commission (IEC) in a bid to fix the problem affecting the peaceful state of the nation.

Government officials have condemned the attack that was targeted to a political gathering attended by Afghanistan’s chief executive and formal president in the capital Kabul.

However, the authorities have pledged to fish out the hoodlums that masterminded the attack, ” said Nasrat Rahimi, a spokesman at the interior ministry.
