Philippines: twin blast hits Jolo cathedral and leaves scores wounded

Over 120 worshipers were wounded following to an explosion that hits a Roman Catholic  church in Philippines.



Oscar Albayalde, the police chief confirmed the twin blast, stating that the proprietors have been identified when speaking to the news agency.

However, he added that investigation is still on progress  thou claim that Abu Sayyaf, a domestic armed group that has pledged allegiance to ISIL and has carried out bombings, kidnappings and beheadings in the strife-torn southern region of Mindanao

President Rodrigo Duterte visited the southern Philippines where the twin bomb blast killed at least 20 people and he pledge to tighter the security.
