Heavy snowfall wrecks havoc in Czech Republic

Over 28,900 homes has been affected due to hike of  Wintry weather in Czech Republic,  and leaving homes without power.



The strong wind accompanied with snow  is recorded to have Up to 20cm  in some locations, forcing highways to close and disrupting flights into and out of Vaclav Havel, Prague’s international airport. A number of flights had to be diverted to other airports.

The authorities has declared state of emergency on  Kladno city , and has urge residents to remain where they are until the storm clears.

A source confirmed that the snowstorm also affected the World Cup skiing race that is schedule to take place in Germany, but the organizers had to cancel the tournament due to the safety of the participate.

Skiing’s governing body was looking to reschedule the events after the February 5-17 world championships, which begin on Tuesday in Are, Sweden.

Apple has reveal her plans to add eSIM support on their latest iPad brands, also stating that the new entries will be able to work even on the networks of non-partner carriers.


The new innovation, will see no restriction on users when swapping data plan on a region that does not have full internet access. i.e, No need to swap out physical SIM cards.

UCL Quarterfinal Draw: Man United Rewarded with Barca after PSG comeback

Manchester United have been drawn against Barcelona in the Champions League quarter-finals, while Tottenham will play Manchester City.

Last season’s finalists Liverpool will play Porto as Ajax will be up against Juventus in the other ties.

The semi-final draw was also made and Manchester United will meet Liverpool if both win their last-eight ties.

The quarter-final first legs take place on 9 April and 10 April. The semi-finals start on 30 April and 1 May.

The Champions League final takes place on 1 June at Madrid’s 68,000-capacity Wanda Metropolitano, home of Atletico Madrid.

Ajax vs Juventus (April 10 at Johan Cruijff Arena, April 16 at Allianz Stadium

Liverpool vs Porto (April 9 at Anfield, April 17 at  Estadio do Dragao
