Japan court dismiss fraudulent charge against former Nissan boss

A source has disclosed that Ex- Nissan boss Carlos Ghosn has left Tokyo prison in Japan on bail after a long stay in custody over mismanagement of company funds.



Meanwhile, he has earlier condemned the manner in which the security personnel  treated him by  depriving him access to reach his family and also being isolated. However, he stated his arrest was “plot and treason” against him.

Mr Ghosn was pictured leaving the premises in mask with the security operative after a Tokyo court ordered his release on Tuesday, setting bail at 1bn yen (£6.8m; $8.9m).
