Auto Crash in Bauchi State Claims Four Lives

Tragedy has struck the Dass local government area of Bauchi State, as four individuals have lost their lives in a fatal auto crash that occurred on Monday. According to Mr Yusuf Abdullahi, the Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Bauchi State, the accident involved a green commercial Ford Galaxy vehicle with nine passengers on board, and resulted in serious injuries to five other individuals.

The auto crash claimed the lives of four male adults on the spot, while the remaining five individuals – four male adults and one female adult – sustained varying degrees of serious injuries. The sector commander attributed the cause of the accident to a burst tire and loss of control, and stated that it took the corps only 15 minutes to arrive at the crash site to clear the area.

The injured and the corpses of the deceased have been taken to the General Hospital, Dass for treatment and confirmation. Mr Abdullahi further advised motorists to always adhere to traffic rules and regulations while plying the roads.

This unfortunate event serves as a reminder of the need for drivers to exercise caution while on the road, and to ensure that their vehicles are in proper working condition before embarking on any journey. It is important for drivers to always adhere to safety guidelines and road regulations, as these measures are designed to protect the lives of all road users. Let us all join hands in promoting safety on our roads and prevent such tragedies from occurring in the future.
