"Politics is Dividing Nigerians," Warns Revd Fr Ejike Mbaka

The state of politics in Nigeria has been a matter of concern for many people, including religious leaders who are concerned about the direction the country is heading. One such religious leader is the founder of the Adoration Ministry Enugu, Nigeria (AMEN), Revd Fr Ejike Mbaka. Mbaka has been outspoken about the need for politicians to put the interests of the country ahead of their own personal gain.

In a recent speech given at the Adoration ground in Umuchigbo-Nike, Enugu, Mbaka spoke about the divisive nature of politics in Nigeria. He referred to politicians as “hawks and vultures” and warned that their bitter politics were tearing the country apart. Mbaka emphasized that the power of God is above any rigging, and that the country is in a state of decay that requires urgent solutions.

The Christian cleric also took the opportunity to apologize on behalf of all priests and pastors for their shortcomings during the recent 2023 elections. He acknowledged that religious leaders had offended God during the election period, and he begged God for forgiveness on their behalf.

Mbaka emphasized that it was time for religious leaders to take a step back from politics and focus on finding solutions to the country’s problems. He urged politicians to put aside their differences and work together for the good of the country. Mbaka stressed that politics was dividing Nigerians, and that this needed to stop.

Despite his strong views on politics, Mbaka stated that he would not talk much about politics in the future so as not to be sent back to the Monastery again. This shows that he is not interested in pursuing a political agenda, but rather in promoting unity and peace in Nigeria.

In conclusion, Revd Fr Ejike Mbaka’s warning about the divisive nature of politics in Nigeria is a timely reminder that politicians need to put the interests of the country ahead of their own personal gain. His call for religious leaders to focus on finding solutions to the country’s problems is also an important message that should be taken seriously. It is time for all Nigerians to work together for the good of the country and to ensure that Nigeria remains united and strong.
