Khosi Twala, born on August 10th, 1997, in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, is a well-known journalist, model, and reality TV star. Khosi, as she is popularly known, was raised in South Africa’s southeastern province and hails from the Zulu tribe. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Twala, named her Makhosazane, which means “a woman who is a queen.” Khosi is one of four children, with two brothers and a sister.
Khosi Twala completed her secondary education in Lincoln Heights secondary school between 2011 and 2015. She then enrolled at the University of the Free State to study journalism and later finished her studies at Oakfield college. In 2021, she obtained her postgraduate degree from the University of Johannesburg. Her passion for media started at a young age, and she was an active member of the Press Club, Literary & Debate Society, and Drama Society during high school. She represented her school in several debates and quiz competitions.
After obtaining her degree, Khosi moved to Johannesburg to pursue her career in journalism. She worked tirelessly and gradually climbed the ranks to become one of the leading broadcasters in the city. Alongside her journalism career, Khosi has also ventured into beauty influencing, modeling, and fitness.
Khosi is a beauty influencer and model who has worked with many notable brands, including Unravel Me Swimwear and Sportwear, Milani Hair Studio, and Sissy Boy Jeans. She has also participated in several beauty pageants such as Miss Free State SA in 2017, Biogen Face Of Fitness in 2020, and Miss Regal International South Africa in 2021. Khosi has gained a reputation as one of the most popular female fitness enthusiasts in South Africa.
Khosi currently resides in a well-furnished two-bedroom apartment in Johannesburg and owns a car and other choice financial investments.
